Our Mission
To propagate a stronger Prayer life, strengthen believers in their daily work with God & the Holy Spirit and build soldiers for Christ.
Welcome to The Zion Prayer Movement Outreach U.S.A. Branch Website. It is a non-denominational prayer ministry, headquartered at Lagos, Nigeria, was founded by the Holy Spirit through his Servant Evang. Chukwuebuka Anozie Obi (Akuluo uno 1 of Igbo Land).
The Zion Prayer Movement Outreach U.S.A. Branch was established in 2020 as an extension of the global ministry founded by Evangelist Chukwuebuka Anozie Obi in Lagos, Nigeria. The U.S.A branch was led by Sister Augustina Ekes, Sis Amaka Ofonagorom, Sis Felicia Umeh who resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
The origin of the U.S. branch traces back to Sister Augustina's personal search for spiritual healing following the deaths of three family members. After connecting with the ministry in Nigeria through Brother Chinweike Obi, she became a devoted follower. During one of Evangelist Ebuka Obi's YouTube teachings, he mentioned that anyone wishing to meet with him must belong to an organized group. Acting on this, Sister Augustina sought and obtained permission from Prophet Ebuka Obi, through Brother Chinweike, to create a WhatsApp group for U.S.-based members.
The group was initially launched as Boston Zionites U.S.A. , managed by three administrators:
· Sister Augustina Ekes
· Sister Amaka Ofonagoro
· Sister Felicia Umeh
As membership grew rapidly across the country, the name was changed to Zion U.S.A. to reflect its national reach. Today, the ministry has a presence in all fifty states and the District of Columbia, supported by a network of 79 administrators nationwide.
Zion U.S.A. remains a non-denominational prayer movement that does not solicit donations but accepts free-will offerings to support its evangelization efforts. The U.S. branch plays a crucial role in funding the Seraphic Homes Foundation, which supports elderly homes, orphanages, and a psychiatric hospital in Nigeria.
